First Run (Launching the software)

    Summary

    The first run is where you either create a new company account or you join an already established library.  If you are setting up a new library you will become the first Administrator of that library and will need to specify where this library is stored on your network. Choose carefully as although the stored location can be moved later it will need coordinating with all your users.


    Important Notes

    Make sure the chosen storage location is on a server accessible by ALL intended users. Choose carefully as although the stored location can be moved later it will need coordinating with all your users.

    Instructions 

    1. Make sure the chosen storage location is on a server accessible by ALL intended users.
    2. Double click the Content Studio (the C|S Icon) on your desktop or from the start menu to launch the application. ScreenShot1468.jpg
    3. If you are setting up a NEW Company library for your company, click Setup New Library. ScreenShot1469.jpg
    4. If your company already has a library established and you intend to connect to it (this requires an invite from the Administrator who set it up), click Join an Existing Library.
