Switch Or Retry?
Your licence has been registered to another PC or the connection to the server failed!
You will receive this message if:
1. You are trying to register your profile on more than one PC.
2. Your internet connection failed to contact our licence server.
3. You have updated any hardware in your PC or have rebuilt your PC.
Steps to resolve this issue
1. Check you are connected to the internet by opening an internet explorer web page, then click Retry.
2. Click Update Licence and follow the steps here starting at step 4.
